We've been several times here (grandparents, parents and son). We all love it. This time we got to hold snakes and my son loved it. The staff and animals all very friendly. Great family place. Well worth several visits.

Yes. The grounds are mainly gravel based so depending on the wheelchair may be tricky to push in places, but that said the grounds are mainly flat so good for prams/wheelchairs etc. It's a lovely day out when sunny!
