Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

This was a great activity to do. The tide is very short but definitely worth it. Where else can you zipline from one country to the other?

This was an amazing experience, the staff were right on the safety aspects and their diligence gave confidence. We had had bad weather leading up to our jump but were able to get on and thoroughly enjoy a very unique experience, thank you

It took me a while to get there, it really is out in the middle of very little else! Once I did though, I was impressed by the simple beauty of the location. I had made a previous booking and I kept in touch with the people running the business in the days before the zip! The views from the top are well worth it and it was over too soon as far as I was concerned! I wanted to do it repeatedly! Caution for those doing it- be sure to follow the instructions of keeping your arms extended in front of you. At the end you will come to an abrupt stop as you make impact with a stopper. If you’re prepared for that, it’s no problem. Don’t let it catch you unaware though. And if your hands are too close to your face you will probably smack yourself in the face. Just keep your arms extended like they tell you and it will end well. I had a great time! Suggestion to the company: it would be great if you guys had a way to photograph the person zipping. I would have paid extra to have a video of the experience!

This company doesn't open unless they have bookings. Confirmed yesterday to them we were coming, but weren't open when we arrived. Rang them all morning, but again didn't answer the phone. Wasted trip for us, and inconsiderate customer service from them. Avoid.

Found Limit Zero by coincidence when planning trips for our Algarve holiday. Couldn't find any information or leaflets but the website detail's what happens just fine. Did the experience this morning, very well organised, just a little delay to our alloted time. The wind had picked up but it's rain that causes organisers concern. I was last of our party to go, the wind was no problem, the view taking all the attention even to ignore the little splattering of rain that had started. Wouldn't have missed this trip, very recommendable and cheap as I have not zip wired before and am now looking forward to the next one.

We thoroughly enjoyed this experience. The views as you zip line across the river are amazing. It doesn’t feel too fast, allowing you time to take it all in! We were staying in Portugal so parked on the Portuguese side very close to the taxi ferry. The ferry runs every 30 mins at 00 and 30 past, and takes 5 mins to cross. The Limit Zero office is a few metres from the Spanish ferry dock, and within a few minutes we had checked in, were wearing our harnesses, and in the minibus driving up the hill to the launch platform. I think we were only in Spain for 20 minutes! The safety briefing was very clear and gave reassurance. And then, one by one, we left Spain in the best way possible. Only thing I wished we’d done was go back and do it again!!

Easy booking experience and clear confirmation. Good price too. Warm welcome when we arrived, equipment ready and plenty of staff. Short minibus ride to the top of the hill where the line starts.
The staff were clear in their instructions.
The actual experience was a mixture of fear and exhilaration. We were a .mature’ group and I refused at first. When I approached the jump off the second time, and faltered slightly, one of the staff gave me a firm nod of encouragement, I closed my eyes and went. Gripping for dear life (there is no need to do this) I opened them and took in the view, the speed. At the end, I forgot everything I had been told would happen and wouldn’t let go, fearing I would fall. Of course, on landing, a safety line had been attached to me and the platform was easily reachable. When on land I was so pleased to have done it. The photo was fab and I’ve been bragging ever since.
Alcoutim cafes and restaurants are good, but Spain was effectively closed.

This was such a cool experience flying from Spain to Portugal! The staff were all very nice and spoke English well, making me feel safe along the way. The driver wore a mask on the car ride to the top where you begin the zip line. The photographer took their time to explain how we can pay and retrieve our photos. I would highly recommend this adventure seeking activity!

Well organised and friendly. Great 1 minute of your life to be suspended 700 odd meters above the river. Just watch out for the break at the bottom.

We had a very bad experience with Limitezero - poor and arrogant communication by the company representative, while safety features promised on the website (such as helmets) were not provided and the ferry had to be paid on top (as we started the trip in Alcoutim, limitezero insisted that only the "ferry back" was included in the price). Little value at a considerable cost.

Hello! We are going to Portugal, end of August. We can drive to Alcoutim. Can we use the zipline from Portugal or has to be Spain? What is the best way to do this? We don't want to depend on public transportation. Or we can drive to Ayamonte and pay you a pick-up service? What do you advise?
TIA

Huelva, Spain6 contributions
As you will be coming from Portugal, there is no necessity to drive to Spain.
There is a constant foot passenger ferry service running back and forth between Alcoutim (Portugal) and Sanlucar, so you can leave the car in Alcoutim. Our office is located just in front of where you will come off the ferry in Spain. The cost of the ferry is 1.50€ per person.
It is always recommended to book a time advance, through the web site.
To view our opening days and time slots available, along with booking in advance, you can always consult our booking system
Unfortunately we are not allowed to include a direct link to our web site.
So you need to look for limitezero.c0m
On the page that opens there is a small calendar image in green. (next to the information fields) Click on that, and the days that we are open appear in green, along with the time slots and the number of places available for that day
Booking with payment in advance through our web site is recommended especially now with the new Covid 19 measues we have intoduced, as well as helping to avoid any unecessary waiting as the experience can have a high demand, during the summer.
Please also remember that we operate on Spanish time (GMT+1) , so we are one hour ahead of Portugal
We hope that this information is useful.
c'est faisable si l'on n'est pas sportif? Et à tout âge?

Do I have to come in a car ? Or there is a bus ?
Sanlutim
Huelva, Spain6 contributions
Here are some options. The only public transport service to Sanlucar de Guadiana is by bus, but it is far from convienient.
First there are regular buses from Sevilla to Huelva. From Huelva bus station a bus departs everyday at 18.00 (except Sundays) andarrives in Sanlucar de Guadiana at 19.40.
This is very impractical, as the Zip line closes at 19.00 and then the bus departs from Sanlucar to Huelva the following morning at 8.00am, way before the Zip Line opens.
The other option is a bus that will get you to Ayamonte from Huelva. Ayamonte is 40km away from Sanlucar, but has the most frequent connections with Huelva, throughout the day. You would then need to take a taxi from Ayamonte to Sanlucar de Guadiana, which costs 40 euros one way, although the return/roundtrip price I'm sure can be negociated. The telephone number of a good taxi is 696320751.
From Ayamonte we may possibly be able to offer a pick up and drop off service. We will need to be contacted through our web site in advance.
Often what we usually suggest to clients, that rely on public transport to get here, is to spend one or two nights in the local accomodation here, either in Portugal or Spain, although we understand that this may not be viable for you. We have some links posted on our web site, plus there are AirBnb options and other accomadation listed onTripadvisor.
Another option is a transfer service provided by Fun River Lda. (the company that operates the ferry who we collaborate with.)They will do the Seville/Sanlucar/Seville run and charge-:
Up to 4 people (by jeep) - 200,00 €From 4 to 8 people (by mini-bus) - 275,00 €
They can be contacted on : Tel: 00351 926682605. Best to speak eith Joanna as her english is best.
Unfortunately the most economic and easiest way to come and return in a day is to hire a car!
Booking in advance either through the web site which contains all the information or at least by calling us on the telephone is highly recommended.
Thanks for the enquiry, and we hope that this information is useful,
Kind regards Limitezero.
