We walked along this lovely beach in the evening and it was a very lovely trip with views of the dunes and plenty of surfers and children enjoying the cold is water..

A beautiful place to be. We spoke to some local people that where super nice & friendly. Go grab yourself so wonderful fresh sea air and have a paddle. Its a place of outstanding beauty.

Lovely beach with opportunities to surf but not a great amount of parking so it may be awkward at peak times.

Great large beach - not over crowded, super clean with very soft sand. Furthermore, option to learn/surf is available. overall great experience at this location - defiantly would revisit!

What a fabulous, clean and sandy beach. like something, you would expect on the Carribean. Not too crowded and portaloos and some food vans selling food and drink.

Visited for three days with our two year old, the beaches are in fantastic condition but are not too over crowded which was nice for the little one. The views are spectacular, but that is standard for West Cork.
