After a hike up to James Fort, a cuppa or a pint of ale or cider is a refreshing way to end the adventure at The Dock. A country pub with no fuss, just go get your drinks, sit, chat and enjoy and probably get...More

The perfect companions, sun, sea, sand and beer. After a hard day at the beach where better to enjoy the Irish Riviera in the heatwave than at this establishment with a few drinks and some old school Taytos and Cadburys Dairy Milk treats (and that's just...More

The barmaids here pull a great pint. Lovely outside area to take in the views. Sandwiched between the marina and a very pretty beachcove could this be best appointed pub in the country?! Friendly staff, a real Irish welcome

Gorgeous pub by the sea. Lovely fire if it's chilly or sit outside in the sun. Tea, coffee and drinks served here. Pity no food. Such an amazing location.

They don't serve food - at least not when we visited. Large outside area with picnic tables on the water. Then just a short walk to James Fort. Great place.

Lovely place, great pints. Was quiet when we dropped in but it's bound to be very buzzy in summer months. It was cozy and spotless. I'd love to go back on a busy night with a group but also perfect for a quiet sneaky pint

We stopped in on our way back from a visit to James Fort, which is very nearby. There were a few locals at the bar, and the Publican was warm & friendly. There is a sitting area outside also. An off-the-beaten path choice to be...More
