Waterville is my favorite of all the courses I have played in Ireland. Great staff, polite and friendly. The course is challenging, but fair. No gimmicky holes, what you see in front of you is what you get. Plenty of dunes, but not crazy.

Played here on a 16 man golf trip in Ireland on our 3rd day. The weather was the best of the week, and the staff and members were gracious and welcoming. Don't miss this course on our Ireland trip.

I played Waterville recently, and was curious to see what justified their recent 25% hike in green fees, which now makes them more expensive than the local classics of Ballybunion, Lahinch and Tralee. After looking at their glossy website, I decided to include Waterville in...More

Not sure if you can play 9 holes but I would recommend playing the full 18, if you are worried about the walk they have plenty of buggies available
