This island is what I dream heaven would be like. Walking through the gardens gave me such a sense of peace. If you have a chance to tour the home you must. The history and historical items still in the home are incredible.

The boat over to the island was great taking about 10 to 15 minutes to arrive and passing several groups of seals on the rocks. There are two companies that run trips to the island and you have to take your return journey with the...More

This small island can be reached by ferry in 15 minutes. Access to the island is 5 euro and that's for the stunning gardens. Built by the people who's house you can still visit. The tour in the house takes 45 min and adds to...More

Do not miss an opportunity to visit this Island. It really is a hidden treasure off the shores of Glengariff. Wear your walking shoes, you won't want to miss a thing.

We were staying in Co. Cork and a relative had recommended the Bryce house tour on Garinish so we decided to spend the day here. The ferry over is €12 each and quite quick, passing seals basking on the rocks! On arrival we had to...More

Had a wonderful trip to garnish island. Only regret that I didn't bring a book to spend more time relaxing in beautiful surroundings. Would highly recommend. Trip costs 12 for ferry and it 5 for entry onto island.

Hi, Most people spend between 1-3 hours on the Island depending on your interest in Gardens, if you take the tour of the house or have some food while on the Island. Hope you enjoy the trip
