McCafferty's Bar is an award winning pub just two miles from Letterkenny town centre. It has unrivaled views over Glenveagh National Park and of Errigal and Muckish mountains in particular. With a westerly facing aspect it is a perfect spot to watch the sun go down when the weather allows. Inside there are two open fires and traditional decor with an impressive array of irish antique pub mirrors gathered over the decades. You will find a warm welcome and a perfect pint awaits. In short - this is great place to meet up and have the craic with your friends.

I would consider retraining some of your staff members. Terrible experience with what I assume is the owner - extremely discourteous and unfriendly to a small group of professional women having a quiet drink. Bar itself is clean but uncomfortable. Guinness was poor. Save your...More

What a fantastic place. Laid back atmosphere with a fire and old school traditional decorations. Classy simple paired down cocktail menu needs to be tried. Moscow mule is hard to beat. Great spot for indoors on winter nights next to the fire, or outdoors in...More
