My name is Ronan Murray i am the owner of Irishpikefishingguides. I am based in County Cavan and with the vast amount of lakes, rivers and water at my fingertips it is quite simply a fisherman’s paradise. I offer a guided fishing trip that is tailored to each customer and i also offer float tubes experience also. Trip includes all top of the range gear, and all you will need is warm clothes for a memorable day out.

I would recommend Ronan to anyone looking to get on big pike. He was able to keep us on the fish all day!
Ronan took care of everything. Provided bait, rods, reels and a hot lunch.
For anyone that's just starting out with pike fishing or even those that have been targeting them for a while Ronan is the man to go to. He has a great knowledge of his local waters and will do his best to keep you busy with fish!

Had a great day out fishing for pike with Ronan. Had a great day out on the water. I broke my personal best pike not once, not twice but 3 times while out with him. I'd highly recommend booking with Irish Pike Fishing Guides as his knowledge is second to none and he uses the best gear. Already looking forward to going again.

Great day of fishing. Ronan is so helpful and kind. He picked up my fish each time I dropped them on the floor 🤷🏻♀️ Wouldn’t fish with any other guide.

3 of us flew in from East Anglia to spend 3 full days pike fishing with Ronan and what a 3 days it was. Expert boat handling, perfect fishing platform and top of the range gear was first class. Ronan is a perfect host with humor and a depth of knowledge that means you have a fantastic trip . We boated a lot of pike from jacks to middle doubles and I was lucky enough to land a 21 pound specimen.
This is the go to guy without doubt for pike , nothing was to much trouble, just cant recommend Ronan enough and we will be returning early next year

Both myself and my 13yr old son really enjoyed our days fishing. Ronan is a top bloke and a really great guide, would highly recommend , we managed 11ish , already looking forward to the next time

Great day from start to finish, ronan is such a friendly nice guy, always found it hard myself to catch pike well not today as my father and I landed 24 pike aboard ronan’s boat, with his knowledge and experience on these lakes he is a must go if your looking to do some pike fishing. We’re already booked in again. Can’t speak highly enough of ronan easiest 5 stars I ever gave.

Highly recommend a fishing trip with Ronan
From the very start he had us on fish
17 pike in total to the boat and plenty of misses
All you’ve to do is bring ursel ye has everything else sorted
He’s a great boat, great setup and he’s a sound fella that u can have plenty of chats during the day
Definitely booking Ronan again and looking forward to the next day out already 👍👍🎣🎣

I've fished in Ireland for 5+ years and had the best day on the water I've ever had with Ronan in early December, 2022. I fish extensively around the world and appreciate when a guide has the incredible experience that Ronan has. We fished for a full day for pike and his skill and knowledge were absolutely top class. He was professional, courteous and quite entertaining as well, with great local folklore. If you're thinking of fishing in Ireland, you need to spend a day or two with Ronan. I can't wait to be back on the water with him again soon.
