Great sandy beach, perfect for kids and water was warm. Was great having public toilets there also. Lovely Cafe too

Fantastic beach. Very clean and very safe. Water crystal clear, no rocks or stone when u go in to swim. Lovely.

We didn't go the beach, so no comment. But we did walk the in-town Cliff Walk for a half hour or so, which provides a spectacular view of the beaches and bay, and the wildflowers abound. There seems to be no site to review this...More

On a sunny day its a stunning location, the beach is pristine and the surrounding cliffs and ruins are amazing. The place is simply breathtaking.

We were just shocked by the beauty of the Irish beaches. Such alluring blue water, pure white waves and clean white sand. Ours was just a short stop, but very peaceful and pretty.

This is a lovely little sheltered beach.It was very quite when we visited.It is not easy to get down to though so wear sensible shoes

We travelled through Kerry area in Aug 2017 visiting DIngle, doing the Slea Head drive, Inch beach, Killarney, north to to Moher and Kilkee Cliffs, South to Valentia and Portmagee. Although not as publicized, Ballybunion was such a lovely Little town. The beaches were nice...More
