At Ned's Point you can get a great view of Lough Swilly and there is a picnic area and children's play park nearby there.

The fort at Ned's Point is one of the places of interest along the Buncrana Shore Path walk. You can't actually get into it but it has been partially restored.

Another wet day and another fort! This fort is not open to the public though you can get pretty close. Especially on the car park side. Interesting to see the layout. Good coastal walk from Buncrana. The only other thing there is the lifeboat station.

We enjoyed an outdoor musical evening here with Open Mic Sessions. Check with tourist office for dates during summer and early autumn
