Beautiful house and gardens- really well maintained and plenty for the kids to do including an audio tour of the gardens. The Japanese garden is amazing. Lovely lunch in the Avoca cafe. Definitely worth a visit.

We stayed at Powerscourt Hotel, Autograph Collection, which was just a brief walk to the Powerscourt Gardens and Estate. This added to our experience as we got to walk along the golf course and an old graveyard (hidden in the trees) on our way to...More

Dogs must be on a leash at all times at the Estate and the Waterfall. Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted in the Gardens with the exception of guide dogs. But they are welcome at the Waterfall and along the Avenue.
