Arrived today for our Santa experience which was fab! We were collected on time by Santa's helper and Santa himself was lovely!! (Of course) Would of been nice to see a few other things aimed at children with there being a Santa experience as walking around the crowded shops with two small children and lots of breakables was alittle stressful.... Visited for the Christmas craft fair this weekend but was left disappointed. The marquee seemed smaller than previous years which meant that it was very crowded and unenjoyable. Likewise the gift shop was too small to accommodate everybody and no room for pushchairs/wheelchairs.

Love this place!! Visited because of good reviews on here. My hubby and I went straight to the 'Paint a Pot' room and chose a pot to paint ourselves. £7.95 (plate, bowl or mug) each. We spent an hour and 45 mins in there doing it and found it really enjoyable and relaxing! Would definitely recommend for couples and families.... More

This is still a nice place to visit but has changed since my last time. The main pottery shop area now has more variety of kitchen equipment but at the loss of the kitchen shop across the courtyard which is now a 'farm' shop. The new farm shop looks very nice and includes a butchers. I have to admit that... More

Visited today and had a mixed experience. The shops are full of lovely items and there was a lot to look at but the layout was difficult to negotiate with a pushchair, the farm shop and courtyard was really the only parts easily negotiated with the pushchair. I would recommend going during quite periods if you have very small children... More

We had not visited the centre for a while. We started with the Bourne cafe. We then visited the gift shop to consider presents for Christmas. The new food hall with the butchers and associated produce being a Walter Smith branch and we found some great pork pies. The Denby seconds factory does provide some great chances to buy or... More

We were staying not far away and decided to visit here as we have our own Denby dinner service. The outlet shops here will provide you with bargain prices for you Denby goods and there is a range of other products that will be of great interest. On the site there were several other gift shops that also provided good... More
