Matt is so knowledgeable about the human body, really felt in good hands (pardon the pun) and felt better after my treatment. Would 100% recommend to friends and family to go.

I recently booked in a therapy session for my mum with Matt. My mother has been suffering with back pain for awhile and had tried a few pain killers. Matt massaged her back and talked her through possible causes. Matt came recommended by a family friend. I can say, after one session mum had a restful sleep. Her back wasn’t giving her as much pain as it normally did when she woke up. She would definitely like to book more sessions in. Matt made her feel very relaxed and at easy. There is parking on the drive so she’s didn’t have any restrictions. Matt was very professional and polite :)

I had a full body massage with matt yesterday and 100% can say it was the best massage I have ever had! matt was very easy and relaxed to talk to and the setting was perfect. temperature of the room perfect, comfort/length of massage bed and music. you can park on the drive so don't need to worry about parking restrictions. I have another massage booked and I have spoken to matt about booking in a bowen therapy. can't wait! highly recommend.

I visited Bowen Bexley a little while after giving birth, Matthew had recommended a postnatal massage to help me, if you are a new mother you would understand the struggle our bodies endure after the trauma of giving birth. The massage was just what the doctor ordered ;) it was so relaxing and it was although Matthew knew exactly where the body needed tending too. I would highly recommend to new mothers and even if it’s not your first time giving birth to book in. I personally believe that this should be a necessity for us Mummy’s.

I've had all the different therapies offered by Matt and 5 stars always. He's helped with health emergencies. I just wish I had him as a doula years ago!! Also worth listening to his podcasts. Can't wait for my next treatments!!

I was at my witts end after recovering from Covid 19 when my muscles on my right side causing me crippling pain. Matt was very professional and explained what he was doing as he went through the treatment. Would definitely recommend.

I have been relatively fit, active and healthy all my life but during the past year I have developed not one, but TWO frozen shoulders and life is absolute agony! My neck is affected, I'm having problems with my knees and other joints. I've had physio and osteopathy but with limited success. By the time of my first appointment with Matt, I was desperate for help as with each passing day, my body was ceasing to function which felt very scary. (Matt came highly recommended to me by two friends, by the way).
I wasn't expecting miracles; I just wanted some relief, and Matt's treatment certainly provided that. After one visit, I felt relaxed, calm and my body was so much less tense and tight; my neck pain has significantly reduced, I am able to walk upright and the instability in my knees has disappeared! There is still a lot wrong with me but at least this first treatment has given me HOPE. I'm counting down the minutes until my next Bowen therapy treatment. Matt is patient, kind and extremely professional, as are his staff who run the Bookings & Appointments service. This business is a little gem - Matt is very knowledgeable and I think I'll be consulting him a lot more than my own GP in future! Thanks, Matt and staff!

As a chronic migraine sufferer and a job that’s really bad for my back and shoulders, I absolutely love Matts massages, they’re a life saver!
Been having them for a while now and also had Bowen Therapy a few times. All massages are equally as good as each other.
I recently had a massage with CBD oil and WOW, whole body feels great. Will be adding that one to my list of regular massages.

I will definitely recommend Bowen as it is a gentle way to relieve pain instead of swallowing endless painkillers. Matt demonstrates lots of care and professionalism for his patients (we are not just simple customers). He is a person you can trust to give you advice and to make you feel physically better.
