Our favourite RSPB reserve. Good café and visitor centre. Beautiful woodland with great coastal views from Shipstal. Lots of walking, with several waymarked routes. Not just for birdwatchers. We often enjoy a visit when on holiday in this area.

Absolutely in love with this totally stunning reserve. The staff are informative, freindly nothing is to much trouble. We spent a day and a half here which wasn’t enough time. Can’t wait for a return journey. Highly recommend for any nature lovers.

This is one of our favourite places in this part of the country and accounts for us coming back time and time again. The coastal scenery is stunning and there is always the prospect of seeing deer and plenty of birds - which we did...More

Really simple walking trails to follow, good for children, and lovely views across Poole Harbour. Absolutely stunning. The cafe is great too!

There were dogs outside in the seating area with their owners. The cafe also had water bowls for dogs.
