This church houses a museum of religious artefacts, clothing, relics, sculptures and paintings. It is directly on the route of the Camino de Santiago and is worth a visit.

If you are not used to traveling in Spain, you might be surprised to see that some churches are rarely open during the day. This is a beautiful old church if you are lucky enough to see the inside.

If you are staying in Castrojeriz it is definetelly worth a visit, to get in deeper about pilgrimage, some stories and miracles connected to the way and interesting history facts about Camino and pilgrimage.
