Good example of an 18th century estate complete with original furnishings. Our guide did a great job of including us few English speakers in a Swedish group. Pretty grounds, nice slice of history.

We decided to eat lunch at the restaurant as the setting is beautiful being placed at the Nääs castle and grounds. The price on the website however is vastly different (60kr higher) than the website price. No drinks included either. But we were there and...More

Just of the motorway this well kept country house offers an insite to the local history of the area. Only open in the summer I strongly recomend a visit as the guides are very knowledgable explaining the history of the house and grounds.

It's more of a mansion and it's not open for public. But the surroundings are stunning. Great swings for the kids and perfect for a long walk (no matter the season). There's 2 caffees in the area but both of them kinda suck. One of...More

The area offers beautiful walks and guided tours, and a decent cafe.Note that you can only visit the castle during guided tours. The area also includes a building conservation center.Well preserved environment.
