Stayed at the UCPA centre for week of guiding & tuition. Cons: There seemed to be virtually no nightlife in Villeneuve at all, and strange scenario with lifts: There are four going out of town, two of which are gondolas that looked like museum pieces....More

Great skiing, great resort. My only gripes would be 1: no toilets outside the restaurant/bar areas on the slopes 2: poor choice of pricey restaurants on the slopes

If it is January and you are in the Alps you would be expected to know how to deal with a snow storm. The lack of information spoiled this lovely skiing resort for us. Staff could not tell us what lifts were open, but instead...More

Perfect for families and learners. The skiing was great with a large variety of trails from green to black. Most trails are blue so good for intermediates and families to ski together.
