We visited this lovely beach ten times during our September holiday. It is very sheltered and therefore ideal for swimming, when other beaches are affected by wind and waves. There is a bar with sunbeds and umbrellas, but we did not use these facilities. If...More
Absolutely worth a visit. The sea is crystal clear and usually calm. The scenery is beautiful. It has a beach bar and is one of the few beaches in Skopelos with a bit of sand (for the little ones). The only downside is that parking...More
This is one of the closest larger beaches to Skopelos town and truly one of, if not, the best of all.

This beach has umbrellas and beds to hire as well a snack bar. You can also hire paddle boards or kayaks. We preferred to enjoy the snorkelling opportunity before having lunch at the taverna on the hill above the beach which was great.

There is a very pleasant walk through the countryside taking 40 to 45 minutes. You have to walk on the main road for ten minutes past the turn to the monasteries then fairly straight on. From the first taverna the descent to the beach is steep especially since you have to get back up. Solos walking guide is ok. We used to be able to continue to agnondas but we're unable to find it. Buses easy to follow.
