very informative tour not just a petting zoo. Learn about the king of the forest then meet them. Learn about how to spot wildlife in Sweden and their habits. Absolutely fascinating with the chance to get up to and feed them. You really need to book the tours in advance rather than turn up on spec. There is a small... More

I was recommended this by a friend from Karlstad. It was a bit of a drive up but it was worth it. The parks energy is great. These guys really love what they do and they do a fantastic job. The tour goes on for a couple of hours and I learnt so much about this big animal. They also... More

really enjoyed this two hour tour of the Moose Park, with the informative and humorous guide James who not only explained the extraordinary capabilities of these animals (which are incredible up close) but also gave a great intro to observing nature in Sweden in general. Our kids aged 11 and 10 thought it was ace though our 2 year old's... More

We had a fabulous morning at the park, both owners took time to lead the group around the park. We learnt so many fascinating facts about Sweden's King and queen of the forest. Our children loved it! We got the chance to be really close to the moose. The coffee and fabulous home made cake in the shop at the... More

This was well worth finding! A very thorough guided tour - conducted today in English, but this probably varies according to the group - around this moose conservation park, including information about its predators and how you might increase your chances of seeing wildlife. You do get the chance to stand along-side a bull moose and are given very sensible... More

The Moose Park is run by two very passionate brothers. They told us a lot of things about the Moose. Very, very interesting. It's definitely worth to visit. The tour is maybe a little bit to long for very little children, but it's such a nice experience. Bert Dik

The owners greatly explained a lot about the Moosr in a clear and understandable manner. What an impressive animals. We got our tickets on time and enjoyed our lunch in a lovely park (next to church) in Eksharad.

This is a wonderful place to visit. You learn about other wild animals in the area and how they live. Per and James give such a wonderful and exciting tour! You get to feed a moose and see the babies. Then you get to actually go on the other side of the fence an see a moose up close. Touching... More

This Park is run by young, enthusiastic and energetic people who really love the animals they take care of. The animals have plenty of space and you can really get up close to the king and queens of the Swedish forest. They tell a lot about the animals and how to spot them in the wild of Sweden, as well...
