Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had such a good time here. The guide/owner, James, was so passionate about his animals and provided numerous interesting facts about moose in Sweden. After this visitors were allowed to meet the moose, where you could feed and touch them. They are amazing to be so close to.

What an incredible experience. We were advised by a couple we met a few days earlier to go to it, so pleased we did. It was such an educational experience. James who part owns it was able to share his knowledge of the moose in such an interesting way he kept the attention of everyone in the group of about 30. Being able to feed and touch the moose was incredible. We later spoke to a local person about our visit and she decided to visit with her family once we told her how he went into such detail about the lives of moose.

This was one of the best educational things we do on our holiday. One of the brothers James is a perfect teacher, facts in combination with humor and you can feel the love for this king of sweden in all you’re bones. Thx for this adventure.

This was by far the best moose park we've ever visited. James (the guide) is a passionate storyteller about the life of moose. How they live, eat, mate, be hunted and defend themselves.

This 2h tour helps you understand the moose better and you'll leave with a lot more knowledge then you came. We visited with our kids that don't speak English however by the nature of James telling the story they did gain enthusiasm. Job well done and an absolute need to go to!

Absolutely excellent experience at the Moose Park! We drove 200km from our holiday location to go there, and it was absolutely worth it! Explanations about the moose are very interesting, the guide was very nice. Being able to interact with the moose and feed them is a really cool experience. We recommend it! :-)

A highly informative/educational and close encounter with moose. You get to pet and feed several moose - three female and three male in our case - and it was a memory for life. These animals are so majestic.

Got there at 11.30 as on other moose parks we believe one could take later tours or by themselves. It should be more clear that the first tours beginning hour is indeed the last one as well

We’ll make it clearer that we only offer guided tours at set times and don’t offer drop in visits and we’ll communicate on our website that it’s important to arrive on time or we’ll begin without you. Thanks for the feedback.

I would love to recommend this amazing experience! Me and my husband got to meet, pet and feed, 3 beautiful moose cows. Doris, Lotta and Elsa :) you could really tell that they are living a relaxed and happy life! And if you wish to know more about these gorgeous animals, the knowledgeable gude (who been taking care of the moose and their forest for over 7 years) will be happy to answer all your questions and to teach you all you could ever wish to know! So, a huge thanks to our guide! It warms my heart to know that there are people caring for the forests and wildlife by the love for nature and the kindness of their hearts, rather than the love for profit. 100sek/person is a smal price to pay for this experience, and you know it is well spent! I wish these guys and the moose the best of luck!

James is extremely knowledgable about moose’s. We are very lucky and have a great animal park near our home so we can get close and personal with moose whenever we like but there’s nothing like listening to someone that’s as passionate about something as James is. The weather was very hot on the day we were there so the moose where understandably not as active as normal. All in all a good tour and a great way to see moose. Only down side really was that there was a wait for about 15 minutes cause the guide was late. Not great to let 50 people wait like that, specially cause we had other activities planned after and had to rush.

We paid 500 SEK for two adults and one child. Cosy little shop with coffee and tea, however the visit was not much more than a short walk to feeding five mooses at the same spot together with 40 other visitors for one and a half hour. More variation and more walking would have been appreciated. Somewhat disappointing not least the price taken into consideration.
