We only visited the craft museum because it was so close the Aviation Museum around the corner which we were visiting. The area of the craft village is really quite run down, there are lots of derelict / empty huts with broken windows dotted around...More

Had a lovely couple of hours here walking around the different craft huts watching how things were made. All very fascinating & bought some lovely gifts at a fraction of the prices in the shops. Well worth the visit.

This is a must for souvenirs and mementos. And personal gifts, too. Go ahead, treat yourself. We purchased all our gifts here. And an unusual shopping experience, too. Shops are in old Nissen Huts. Easy to get to.
