This is a lovely place, with great shop (specially during Christmas!) And nice cafe. Parking available free, on gravel and a short walk. Most beautiful borders. If you are touring the area, you could combine it with a visit to Bampton village.

Not in the shop and cafe, however there is seating outside where I am sure a dog would be acceptable to sit with you if you were having food and drink from the cafe.
