This cave temple was really fascinating. It had a small entrance fee (20b). There are two caves to this temple, the first of which you enter through features a large reclining Buddha and other statues and shrines. The second cave is 'the dark cave' and...More

This place is on the main road between Phuket and Krabi. We took a short stop while travelling by car between the two cities. Due to location it's not crowded by tourists. Outside the cave were some 100 monkeys jumping around waiting for banana. Entrance...More

We visited here on the way back from James Bond island. Was really interesting and lovely to see the different Buddha around the caves. Equally as interesting especially for kids is the monkeys that live outside the caves, feed them with the fruit on sale.

It was really interesting to visit this Cave Temple. Before the Cave you will meet a lot of monkeys, they are nice and not so cruel as other monkeys temple that we visited. The cave is quiet deep and really interesting xoxo andysuryandi

Ignore the (fat) monkeys and tourist vendors and head straight for the cave / temple / Budda statue. Cave atmosphere is pretty good (actually much better than expected) and well worth a stroll. Gets pretty busy post 10am.

That was an interesting visit. The temple itself is located inside a cave, and surrounded by a forest with a quite large monkey community. It is well kept and easy to visit. It is a half an hour tour, including the monkey's feeding.

It was our last stop after a long full day tour, it's the first time we see tens of monkeys from all sizes, they were everywhere. Once you buy banana or peanuts from a near stall, you will witness a big group of starving monkeys...More

I doubt if many would come here if it weren't for the monkeys. They are everywhere, and come up very close (too close...) asking for food. There is a reclining Buddha statue and some other statues, but those aren't special. The monkeys are...

We visited here as part of a day trip through Khao Lak Vista Tours. We spent about an hour here which was more than enough time. A lovely temple with interesting artefacts and lots of history. Managed to get a few photos with the many...More
