Hardly anything to see or do. Don't bother going. Love Suffolk Punch horses and travelled a long way to see them (my friend came from Surrey) and it wasn't worth it.

After buying food in their cafe they told us the place was closed and asked us to leave without seeing the animals. Bizarre and unwelcoming.

Having seen the Suffolk Punch Trust featured on Michael Portillo's great British Railway Journey and coming from a farming family my mum and I decided we would pay a visit. I love horses and it was an absolute pleasure to see these rare beauties being so well cared for. Getting up close and at times very personal with some in... More

Visited the trust one Sunday afternoon. What a lovely place for these gentle giants to live and breed. Peace and tranquility. The horses are magnificent and there is a museum on site to explore the history of the area that included these beautiful horses. Take the kids or grandkids, its a lovely afternoon trip

Had a lovely time yesterday, with the Grandchildren ( their first visit ) it was a shame the carraige ride was with a tractor , not a suffolk horse drawn , also in the cafe the cappachino, was out of a sachet , not nice , apart from that , a wonderful day out , worth driving from Clacton

We arrived on a cold day, with young children in tow and at first were worried the children might not like it. However it turned out to be a very enjoyable day. The staff deserve a special mention here as they were really excellent. We saw a demonstration of suffolk punch horse being harnessed and worked. Had a tractor ride... More

The Suffolk Punch Trust is a good couple of hours visit. The horses are beautiful, and there are lovely walks around the paddock, ideal if visiting with a dog as well. There are other animals as well, we loved the Guinea pigs & loppy eared rabbits. The staff are very friendly and they have a lovely café and gift shop.... More

I went into the Suffolk Punch Trust with both my twins under two and my niece and brother (also under two) - two adults and three small children. Car parking is close to the visitor centre so a short walk to it and although it might get busy at weekends, I would imagine, there is ample space to decamp with... More
