In the past our family has stayed at Jay Peak Resort and Great Wolf lodge. The exchange rate made us decide to go to Valcartier. For just 1 night and waterpark entrance for a family of 4 came to $341 CAD. (Even with the exchange...More

Nice new modern well equipped hotel, clearly intended for visitors to the water-parks and snow tubing facilities, both of which we have enjoyed - but this review is about the hotel and its facilities (including restaurants). Room fitted four of us comfortably, was clean and...More

It was my 1st time tubing on a snow hill and we had a fantastic time! There was a wide choice of 27 different runs of varying pitches and lengths and the hills were well groomed. The bilingual staff had a keen eye for safety....More

We enjoyed the attractions of Bora Parc: the slides were fun and the lazy river was a good time. However, our experience was less favourable for two reasons: 1. There were no towels available for guests who were not staying at the adjacent hotel. I...More

We are planning to visit Valcartier Vacation Village in early March. We are from central Texas so we are really dummies when it comes to snow excursions. I figured that we would just wear warm clothes and be fine, but all the pictures I see show people in snow or ski gear. Would we be OK in regular warm clothes (e.g. flannel lined jeans and warm wool jackets with waterproof Uggs) or do we really need ski gear? Please help us!
