Nice new modern well equipped hotel, clearly intended for visitors to the water-parks and snow tubing facilities, both of which we have enjoyed - but this review is about the hotel and its facilities (including restaurants). Room fitted four of us comfortably, was clean and well equipped, including fridge and coffee-maker. Unfortunately there were a few things that were so... More

It was my 1st time tubing on a snow hill and we had a fantastic time! There was a wide choice of 27 different runs of varying pitches and lengths and the hills were well groomed. The bilingual staff had a keen eye for safety. This venue also had a huge cafeteria that could accommodate approx 1000 people sitting for... More

My husband and I, along with my parents stayed both at the Valcartier Hotel and Hotel D'Glace. It was an amazing time, we enjoyed snow tubing and the spa along with the indoor water park. At night we hung at the ice bar and even slept in our beautiful room cozy in our sleeping bags the whole night! The hotel... More

We enjoyed the attractions of Bora Parc: the slides were fun and the lazy river was a good time. However, our experience was less favourable for two reasons: 1. There were no towels available for guests who were not staying at the adjacent hotel. I even asked if I could pay for a towel and was told no. We literally... More

Great family place. I went with a high school group. Only regret was not getting to spend enough time there. It is next to the Ice Hotel which is also awesome. Come prepared in your winter gear, snow pants, scarfs, etc. Slides, snow tubing, great place to take pictures. Kids had a great time. Kids talked about how hard it... More

We went up here for a four day weekend in late February. They really know how to play in the snow up here. We stayed in the hotel, and did the various activities. The activities include visiting the Ice Hotel. The Ice Hotel is like a giant igloo with various bedrooms, a bar, and some interesting ice sculptures. You can... More

Visited with my wife and 7 year old daughter. My wife and daughter enjoyed the the tubing - me, not so much (and we went down the easiest hill). Just felt like we were flying out of control, so if you are reluctant, start on the "easy" slope. Some of the hills are really steep. I enjoy skiing but have... More

We had lots of fun with the snow tubing, and there are many slopes with different grades. There are also a few slopes for group snow rafting. The indoor waterpark is a smaller than Great Wolf Lodge but there are enough varieties of slides for kids. And we really love the lazy river, and it's not "lazy" at all, there... More

Went with my wife and 10 year old son the week after march break. We went snow tubing one day, and the water park the next day. Stayed at the hotel for one night. Snow tubing was an amazing amount of fun! The whole family loved it and it is the reason we will be returning. The water park is... More

Went on a mini vacation from ottawa with a 4 year old. Stayed at a different hotel in Québec city. Did not know we needed to bring our towels. We were told we could not get any by one and by another that we had to pay. So all this to say that we ended up not having any towels... More
