Aviation museum offers nice experience for travellers who are interested in aviation, Finnish history, museums or just want to spend a nice day in Vantaa area.
Museum has a cafe and a small souvenier shop. Has also Draken simulator available for everyone.
Finland has a proud military and civil aviation record. There are some very rare machines on display. The display area is cramped so it is difficult to get good photos. It is also very cold in winter in the displays so, keep your jacket on....More
Everything was featured very well. Aircrafts were in good shape. You can visit at any month you want without traffic. Quite cheap ticket. Just one kilometer away from the airport terminal. By walking 20 minutes.

Interesting museum with many one-of-a-kind aircraft in 2 buildings, with a temporary display wing in the middle. Small gift shop. One side is mostly military aircraft, the other side is commercial and private aircraft. Walking distance to new airport Clarion hotel.

A lot of old airplanes, etc. Place is nice to see, you can walk that through in 40 minutes, or spend more time looking details, etc. I was with kids, they were little bored. If you have time, just visit here, it´s worth of it....More
