Terrible place, smells awful, staff are rude, uninterested & always on their mobile phones.The manager has no customer service skills in my opinion and resorts to name calling if you dare to raise concerns.A good clean and a staff and management overhaul is desperately needed....More

Absolutely disgusted with the service for my sons first birthday, not only cold food bad serving of cake after kids lost interest also no party bags which was not mentioned before had yet they had many opportunities to inform me. I wouldn't have been bothered...More

£4.50 for an hour and a half isn't worth it when there's plenty of other places that are bigger better and don't smell like the inside of a deep fat fryer.

I have visited here a few times with my daughter she likes it.. always plenty to do. Only complaint I have is that it is always cold for some reason
