Come and visit Paradise Wildlife Park, the most interactive zoo in Britain....

Come and visit Paradise Wildlife Park, the most interactive zoo in Britain. Based at Broxbourne in Hertfordshire, we are open all year round, every weekday and weekend! The brilliant design of our enclosures means that you can meet some amazing animals face to face! We have a huge collection of over 400 animals including the best collection of big cats on display in Britain. Our cats include: white tigers, white lions, Amur tigers, Sumatran tigers, African lions, snow leopards, leopards, cheetahs and ocelots. We also have penguins, meerkats, monkeys, gibbons, lemurs, zebras, tapirs, wolves, wallabies, reptiles, birds and much, much more! We are unique because you can touch and even feed many of the animals in the Animal Park by purchasing one of our specially prepared animal feedbags. Have fun in one of our five adventure playgrounds, at the daily shows and at the meet the keeper sessions.

Great family day out for adults and children

Lovely day out. I love the big play area for the children and the indoor soft play in the coffee shop. The animals seem well looked after and the park is well laid out.

We bought our penguin mad daughter the penguin feeding experience for Christmas. We had never been here before and didn't know what to expect. The entrance is a little disappointing with mainly food outlets and amusements. The park itself seems well run although we noticed some litter dropped in enclosures. My husband enjoyed the speedway museum as he is an... More

I went to a seminar at this park and was very surprised to see how professionally the park was managed. All the staff were helpful and were happy to spend time explaining and answering your questions. Lots of kids having a good time and will go again to spend more time.

We went to the park as a day out for my girlfriends birthday. We both had a lovely time and spent nearly 7 hours there! It's a wonderful place with plenty of animals to view and lots of other attractions. We spent our time watching the animals, listening to various talks, having a picnic and playing crazy golf. There is... More

We came here to have Afternoon Tea with the Tigers, which was brilliant. Our guide was informative and knowledgeable and we enjoyed learning more about the big cats. The zoo itself is really nice and not too big. We've been to the WHF in Smarden which we loved and Paradise is quite similar. Plenty of animals to see and the... More

Visited for the first time back in May and thoroughly enjoyed it. If you are a big cat fan then you will love this zoo as there are plenty of cats to see here and you can get very close to them! All keepers were friendly and approachable. Lots of enrichment for the animals which was great to see. The... More

Wonderful place, lovely views of animals and great photo opportunities. Coffee in Tiger tree tops amazing as have a drink and watch magnificent tigers. Park is set out beautifully, not interested in children's attractions before animal bit but they look good for families. Always enjoy Paradise best opportunity to see animals in lovely setting.

This as to be one of the best zoo's for seeing the Lions and Tigers. Looked well looked after. We only went as a couple so I would say you could do it in approx. 3 hours. We went on a red letter day so arrived at 10am and afternoon tea was 2.30m. Afternoon tea was a drink and biscuits... More

I've only recently started consistently leaving TripAdvisor reviews and when I saw Paradise on here I was reminded of my trip several years ago. It was a few years ago now (it will only let me put my visit as far back as Aug '14) but I have not forgotten it as I thoroughly enjoyed it and have wanted to... More

Arrived early to enjoy a full day at the park as we had pre booked 'Feeding the big cats' experience! What a day, started off as a general look to see where all animals were located but ny husband was mostly interested in the big cats! I found I could feed the farmyard animals, rather funny with the goats even... More
