Friendly staff, but ramshackle venue, almost beyond refurbishment

I imagine in its 'hey day' this place was fantastic, quite ground breaking in fact... ...But that was 20/30 years ago and, as others have said, not a penny can have been spent... read more

We came here for a boy's 10th birthday party in January and went snow tubing. There were 15 of us with 3 adults and 11 children. Everyone loved it and didn't want it to end. The staff was great and could push you down the slope in pairs or even all of the 15!! Also you could spin down which... More

I imagine in its 'hey day' this place was fantastic, quite ground breaking in fact... ...But that was 20/30 years ago and, as others have said, not a penny can have been spent on maintenance and upkeep on the facilities since then... It is literally falling apart and looks like a dump. ...But what a shame, every member of staff... More

A good place to head before your ski or snowboard holiday and get some practice in, particularly if it is a long time since you last skied. The matt here is worn in places and sticky, best go on a rainy day. Artificial matt isn't much fun but you have to be accurate with your skis which will pay off... More

Whole of the skiing setup felt like a visit to a run down eastern block facility circa 1980. It is quite clear that nothing has been maintained here for years. Despite being the only adult male on the slopes, there were no size 10 boots available. Equipment dirty and covered in layers of baked on mud. The slope itself has... More

I have rated average due to the place being so tired and dated, and even a lick of paint would cheer it up. However the ice rink is unusual in being olympic sized (huge!!) and the ice was lovely to skate on. I say skate as it was my first time in 40 years. An older lady was having skating... More

Note: i'm just reviewing the ice rink. So this place looks sad. Really sad. There are letters missing from the outside of the skate shop, and it looks a bit like an abandoned warehouse. Just shut your eyes... it does get better. But before we get there.... it takes a little dive again.... The entrance looks 1990s and then you... More

Decided to attended the Bracknell Hornets v London Raiders on Sunday 15th January 2017. I have been a follower of Ice Hockey for 20 year plus and have never felt so insulted but the attitude of the young steward who accused my group of friends of using foul language. Which was totally untrue. We was then requested not to cheer... More

We went to a birthday party here today. They done tubing. The kids had great fun they loved every minute. From a parents view, the building and interior is dated. The green carpet on the stairs must be 20 year old. The kids/staff running the party were all very nice but didn't have much control over the kids. There were... More

Great few hours of skating as its the busiest day for skating of the year was crowded but was great fun, facilities are a little run down but its warmer compared to other rinks Plenty of free parking and reasonably priced.

Took a group of kids to watch the Bracknell Bees play ICE Hockey. The game was great but the building needs an upgrade. The loos aroma was not great!
