Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Beautiful park with great walking trails, stunning greenery and foliage in Spring. Fantastic for walking routes as well, car park is a bit small and tight but early in the morning it's completely clear.

This place is just gorgeous. Little paths throughout so you can do a long or short walk. Lots of dog walkers so maybe not the best place if you aren’t fond of dogs. Such a well maintained place.

Great if you enjoy treading in dog poo or even like a great big fat rat running over your shoes , loving the over spilling dog poo bin that never seem to get emptied any more and absolutely stink , rats trive when they had a good food source. Yuk, yuk ,yuk

Discovered this park for the first time on a stunning summers day. Been to the Rugby Club many times and never knew there was more to Lily Hill Park. Very well maintained and an asset to wildlife. Saw a newt for the first time in years.

Nice and very well maintained park, but quite small so didn’t take long to walk (twice!) around it. Wide and smooth paths suitable for pushing a buggy/pram. Free parking and a good number of spaces available.

Gentle amble through twisted trunks, yews and a boardwalk all crammed into 50 odd acres, topped off by the world's best hot chocolate from Ziggy's

First time here on a lovely sunny February morning. Nice lot of hard paths to walk on and plenty to see. Snow drops on display, always a cheerful site. Not too crowded midweek though carpark is small and was almost full. Snack van in car park though did not try it. Trying to walk more and will add it to our list.

Bad mannered staff and the food menu is just overpriced.

We live on Lily hill road, and while a cuppa and bacon roll at the park is nice, next time we will bring a flask and sandwiches.

I am very upset about my an incident that happened a little while ago.

My elderly father misunderstood the new queuing system, he had simple failed to understand the instructions written on the board, and approached the counter without being called first.

My young daughter told me that he was then verbally attacked by the male server.
It was simply an error on my farther part, a misunderstanding . The males servers attitude was bad and his behaviour unacceptable.
