Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Waste of money if you have a under 5 , assumed my 4 year old would be able to go on everything and we booked for two adults and one child we were limited to the tiny toddler area which is fun for 5 mins then that’s it really waste of money if you have kids under 5 , £37 for such a underwhelming experience, won’t be back

Haven't been for a while, and admittedly I used to think the place was poorly organised but wow how amazing it is now, new equipment, remodled a bit and attentive staff made for a fun experience for our family. We have 2 ASD sons so are grateful for the ASN time slots they run and my children had such a lovely time. Place is clean, staff are helpful and friendly and equipment is impressive!

A great hour and a bit spent here with my eldest son (three years old), although I do have some similar opinions to previous reviewers.

The building itself was tucked away in the north-west area of East Kilbride, where taking West Mains Road north off Queensway inadvertently led you to what looked like the remains of a college, which sat in front of the business. We actually parked at the front of the college - plenty of spaces available and nowhere near as manic as the Air Thrill car park (just a bit of a longer walk).

The place looked great internally and I must admit, I was a tad excited as well haha. We arrived ten minutes early but still found ourselves queueing a while, eating into our allotted time. Word of advice - get there 15-20 minutes before, especially during times that you would class as peak. Also account for paying extra to get your socks - the rules state that they have to be specific to Air Thrill (health proforma / waiver requirement, which I’d also recommend completing before arrival).

So, the actual attraction ….. brilliant! The area designated specifically to under fives was fun, entertaining and big enough to sap the energy of an energetic three year old. Everything was in working order and the time genuinely flew by. However, I understand the frustration demonstrated in other reviews - the costly entrance fee doesn’t really benefit under fives that greatly, in comparison to older children. I do however, get the insurance implications.

Would we go back? Absolutely. Hopefully, a few more times as the eldest exceeds five years old. Other points to note - cracking Slush Puppie collection (bottomless for around £4 but I wouldn’t recommend mass consumption, otherwise your child won’t sleep for about a hundred years). The standard of food was okay, but nothing mesmerising. Lastly, keep your eyes peeled - there are endless amounts of tables and four different bouncy areas. So easy for your young one to wander off!

Overall, a big yes for the fun aspect of the experience but this is definitely a beneficial visit for over fives, who have a greater amount of areas to bounce around.

We attended Air Thrill following the refurb only to be hugely disappointed. We have 4 year old twins and so purchased mini thrillers tickets only to find out when we arrived that they were only allowed access to the tiny toddler area. As said in previous reviews the toddler area is half the size with one slide and a disco bee hive. Our wee ones were desperate to go on the assault course having been on previous visits, however we were told by staff this was no longer allowed with new insurance rules being cited. My husband was also given into trouble on 5 occasions by staff due to rules not being followed one being holding our daughters hand on the trampoline. So we basically paid £26 for 1 hour of mediocre fun on one inflatable and slide. I wish I had read the reviews. Although it was clear from those attending today a few younger kids were perhaps booked in as 5 year olds and because they had the correct coloured band they could access everthing, maybe that's what to do as there was no chat from staff about the ages of those kids. I would therefore strongly discourage attending with under 5's just not the fun we had on previous visits and we left with two wee ones disappointed they couldn't go on all the inflatables.

It would be a 4 if I were just reviewing on behalf of my 7year old but for the same token it would be a 1 if I were reviewing on behalf of my 2 year old. There is not enough for wee ones to do. The under 5 zone has more than halved in size since the new course was out in. All they have is a big slide and a disco dome which is fun for 2 seconds. My 2 nearly 3 year old spent most of his time being told he wasn’t aloud on things in the trampoline park and was bored within 10 minutes of the inflatables. My 7 year old still loves airthrill however we did think they have take a lot away for more seating. For the price I just don’t think it’s something we will do as often as we used to and we definitely won’t bring our youngest back until he’s 5 as it’s just not suited.

My kids like it here but it is so over priced for 75mins especially when you lose 15mins due to the very slow service on the queues. We booked online, arrived early and still had to wait as the staff are slow and totally disengaged. So it is £30 for an hour.
We've been a lot but I think that is done. Yesterday was a complete joke as we queued for so long. Trampoline parks are as much fun but cheaper for longer.

As a regular customer to Air Thrill, we visited again for our first time since the refurbishment, only to be very disappointed. My children age 5 and 2 used to have lots of fun here however on our most recent visit since the refurb my toddler was very bored and sad that the toddler area is no longer fun for the younger kids. It now only has one slide for them to enjoy and not much else. It would be better if they were allowed on the free jump course too with an adult. Not worth the money any more for toddlers.

My kids enjoyed themselves but I was annoyed that after paying almost 14 quid each for an hour and 15 minutes, they lost out on a full 15 minutes of their time due to the huge queue when we arrived....in plenty time. I thought the whole point of booking online & signing the waivers prior to arriving was to avoid this.
I asked the girl on the desk if they would get that time added but was told no and if the manager 'was around' she'd say to him. He didn't appear and they haven't responded to my email.
It didn't ruin my kids' experience...just annoyed me and feel they're ripping people off!

New refurbished venue not suitable for under 5s. Only a tiny allocated area that my 4 year old was round in 2 minutes then bored. I also cut my arm in this same area so it's not even safe!! Waste of money for under 5s and not suitable for mix of ages as my other son had to go into the other area alone and so got bored too. I was told I couldn't go in over 5s with him either as had punk wristband for accompanying the 4 year old
