Calderglen Park has it all from walking your dog to visiting the small zoo and outdoor adventure playgrounds. The park has some beautiful walks which are all signposted. I walked my dog here for years and you always meet people who will talk to you. It is a great park for letting the kids run off some energy. There are... More

Went with the children as a day out while visiting Glasgow and loved the whole experience. The park itself is surprisingly large, with some beautiful riverside walks: the Tor loop was good for 6 and 8 year olds, with waterfalls, hilly scrambles and lots of interesting trees to investigate. The adventure playground is also great, two brilliant steep and fast... More

Enjoyed a walk round Calder park on a rather dull day. Plenty of sign posted walks. Particularly liked the walk along the riverside and the small waterfalls. Was not going to bother visiting the zoo but was under £1.50 an adult so we did and although small, we were surprised at the variety of small animals they had. Great for... More

Went here last week with the family. Park is really nice and the zoo is great for kids and is amazing value. Good location for a family day out.

Great park for a peaceful walk with the dogs or in my case - for running. Decent sized trails which can be steep or narrow in places but not too demanding if you're walking. The visitor centre has public toilets which is handy. There's also a wee shop with sports drinks etc. I've saw signs for a zoo but never... More

Great park for walking and trial runs. Sheltered paths if the weather is poor. See if you can find the Crutherland Cave.🤔
