A relatively compact zoo that features both free ranging animals and petting zoo. Great place to have a picnic, see some animals. Collection of animals is not as large as other city zoo but kids will like the playground & places to run and play.

We loved going through the rainforest domes. Many of the animals are there without any actual barrier between you and them. Birds (and bats) fly above your heads. The lush vegetation and unique wildlife were a treat to see!

I enjoyed so much Randers regnskov. They had big selection of different animals and it was nice and relaxed atmosphere. You can easily spend 2 hours on a rainy day when you in Randers.
