Had heard so much about the Musee & very different to 1979 when I was last in Town !! Well done little Museum, make sure you pull out the many drawers and view the contents, not just the display cases. I found out in one...More

It’s only a small museum, and costs little, but to walk through the simple displays (which takes an hour or so) and then look out into the schoolyard where it says “never forget australia” you begin to understand the sacrifice made by the Diggers and...More

The museum is in an old school hall, which was built after the war using donated funds from Victoria, and timber brought from Australia. Villers-Bretonneaux clearly remembers its link with Aus, which is clear at this little museum. We took 30mins, but allow an hour...More

The school and museum is quite a touching place for an Australian to visit , given that the local French have maintained this to show a great deal of respect for the Australians that fought in the area. Thank you from my family. We appreciate...More

Not a large museum (although it is likely to be larger after the renovations are complete) it will take you an hour if you read and ponder the text, poems and photos. It was 5 euros entry; there is a modest gift shop, with quite...More

The stories I have heard about the museum and the associated school are true. Well worth the visit. When you see the sign that says "Don't Forget Australia" in the schoolyard you instantly feel pride in our country
