We walked through rooms of barrels signed by celebrities that had nothing to do with the production or the contents. Some explanation of the process, sniffing nine glasses of sherry that had been used for several days and then tasting some pretty poor quality sherry. Nice facility and nice restrooms but surely there are better bodegas and there is definitely... More

Our third bodega tour in Jerez; the others were better. I liked seeing the grounds, the bodega with it's huge and historic solera systems, and the interesting museum. But the tasting was very basic, just a fino, harvey's bristol cream, and one of their basic brandies. You could buy a bottle of each of these for the price of two... More

After having seen a couple of other bodegas I's say this is one of the best. It has extensive grounds and a large museum as well as the rows and rows of barrels of sherry! We had a very informative tour and an enjoyable tasting in a smart modern tasting area. I think it may be best to reserve -... More

Six family members taking a break and having a personal guided tour of the distillery. Great place to visit and the tasting was wonderful. One of the offerings was a sherry cocktail! Very tasty! The whole tour was educational and restful. Recommend if you are anywhere near Jerez de la Frontera, and if you have time there are 2 or... More

If sherry is your thing you'll enjoy this tour, as the buildings are set in pretty courtyards and some of the exhibits are quite striking. The huge array of large sherry barrels is certainly quite a sight. Because we toured with a Spanish group, there was a lot of waiting around before the English translation began, and our guide, though... More

This was one of two sherry tasting tours we tried in Jerez. This one was smaller, more personal and informative than the Tio Pepe tour. Our guide was excellent, happy to answer questions and clearly very knowledgable. We really enjoyed the tour and of course the tasting. Would recommend trying this one, particularly if you are a fan of their... More

A group of six of us went on the four pm tour. Looking at the facilities and listening to the history were excellent. The sherry tasting was definitely the highlight.

The sherry tasting at the end was fabulous haha We liked going through the damp cellars and they had a pretty decent well organized museum near the end of the tour.

My husband is a big fan of Bristol Cream so traveling through Spain from Portugal a stop at Bodegas Fundador was a must. We found a parking space just be the entrance, got in at 13:55 and the tour started at 14:00! we were the only 2 with our guide, Gaston. The tour and tasting was fantastic. We had an... More

Very professional guided tour of this huge domain. Of course it's a bit "industrial" given the size of the bodega but the visit was nevertheless interesting and the guide took time to answer all questions without a rush. Very worth the few euros for the tour and the tasting.
