We perform checks on reviews.
Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

It is a climb to get to this church, but worth it as it is an oasis of silence and peace. The wall paintings are beautiful. There are regular services and you will be welcomed to join. The bell tower stands over the small town. Very picturesque. The narrow streets that you climb to reach the church are also lovely and cobbled - a wonderful feeling of antiquity.

This small, quaint and beautiful chapel is on a terrace from which you have a great view of Limone without having to climb too much.

If you are staying in Limone you wont be able to miss hearing the bells of this little white washed church ringing in out across the lake. All your pictures and postcards will have the bell tower standing tall above red tiled roofs on the hill side. Inside it is just beautiful but you have to be respectful and cover your arms, scarves are provided for this at the main door.

This small church is apparently the oldest in Limone. It is a place of stillness and quiet. Unusual in to days world. Just sit a moment in the coolness and shade and enjoy the views both inside and outside the church, which has a great view over the town and lake.
Unfortunately it is not wheelchair friendly and if you are very weak on your feet it is a difficult climb. Well worth the visit. We loved it. Highlight of trip to Limone.

Well worth a visit. A short walk up a small hill - the view is amazing over the lake. So peaceful and loved the interior with all the beautiful carvings and paintings/

Beautiful little church, with a lovely view. (Not ADA accessible, as the first step up is huge.) Definitely worth stopping in.

This little church is a hidden gem, which it is easy towels past without ever seeing it. It is very small and surrounded by taller buildings.

It is a smaller old church that probably not had much modification done to it. It’s up off the walkway accessed by steep stone stairs and easy to miss. There are some good paintings and an unusual painted inside roof. Well worth the visit.

This is one of several churches in Limone and is quite a walk up the hill. When you get there its well worth the steep walk. All original wall hangings, portraits, font and beautifully presented alter area.
