It is a calm nice rock top place.These caves have been made of huge rocky planks or slabs. These were holy caves where the ancient sages used to meditate.

It is a calm nice rock top place.Ancient dolmens and rock paintings in Marayur date back to the Stone Age.There is a temple also there.
