We were advised a drive through this region at our resort. Makes for a pleasant drive during twilight. a herd of deer, definitely there to greet you and if you are lucky maybe a bear.

Let me rewind the time, we visited this place last year in the month of March, enjoyed alot that stream which was flowing down the river.. Fabulous one hoping to go again

We went to Mudumalai early around 6:30 and could see lot of wild animals walkiing near to the road. We did see elephants, Wild Boar, Deers, Bison, Lion tailed macaque, nilgiri Tahr and lot of peacocks.

Compare to safari in Africa you will see fewer animals . We did not see tigers . we saw deers and elephants only . Jungle was superb specially in December . 135 RS for each person

If you want to be in nature's lap...this is the right place...feeling like increasing its beauty after every visit...will get beautiful snaps toooo.....

Had a bath, the water was so cold like ice in the mid of the day..... while travelling towards Ooty via Masinagudi we visited Singara and Moyar, we had a excellent trip lot of wild life especially deer and elephants were on the river bank
