About
Mykonos Vioma Organic Farm is a historic & biodynamic vineyard offering a rural setting which escapes the stereotypes one may have of Mykonos. It will allow you to get lost in time and the landscape's serenity while listening to classical music and sipping our quality organic wines. A families and kids friendly experience, ideal for all types of travellers, who feel like discovering the culinary tradition of Mykonos and indulging in a local WINE TOUR. During your wine and local products tasting experience, you will be rewarded by the freshness of materials and simplicity but excellence of tastes. Our farm's animals will give you the warmest welcome and it will be difficult resisting the fun of hand feeding our donkey, Marika, our goats and sheep, or giving a belly rub to our friendly dogs. The tours of the vineyard and the tzatziki cooking demonstration are free of charge. Contact us for tours' schedule and availability. We are open April till mid November.

- Expat AdrianAbu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates721 contributionsHidden gem…. Make sure to stop for photos on your way to the farmMykonos Vioma Organic Farm is a small, rustic, boutique winery that is so very worth the visit. The drive there is splendid so plan on stops along the way to take photos. The farm itself is small, and when we arrived, the winery was not yet officially open for business as their season hadn’t started however a lovely staff member still gave us an informal tour, we communicated through Google Translate which added to the unique experience. The wines and cheese were sensational, we loved the impromptu experience. I would have loved to have done an organized tour, they start at the end of this month (May 2023). Bottles of wine a very reasonably priced as well (Less than 10 Euro a bottle).Visited April 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 6 April 2023
- Tilde A1 contributionPerfect birthdaySuch a nice and genuine experience. A 30 min walk from Ana Mora (where the bus arrives) with nice view and animals along the way. We chose the later arrival time so we had some time before the tour started. Informative and fun tour. The staff was all very nice and serviceminded. Lovely food and wine tasting. Huge plus was that we got to feed and pet the animals.Visited April 2023Travelled with friendsWritten 30 April 2023

We did the tour around the farm, learning about the history and got to feed the animals at the end. Highly recommend hiring an ATV and visiting this as part of a day trip around the island.Visited May 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 2 June 2023
- lisapI2894CA9 contributionsA great choiceThe ladies here are the real deal. Their enthusiasm comes through in their wine and food. I came here from a cruise tour and I am so glad I did. They play music to their vineyards ❤️. This is a great choice if you like wine with good treats.Visited June 2023Travelled with friendsWritten 3 June 2023

The hosts explained how the microclimate helps to create the palatable wines, and we had a very relaxing lunch and vineyard tour, including feeding the goats and donkey. We took a seat but were told they may want it back, so we didn't order much. Unfortunately, the wave of people didn't materialise, so we left earlier than anticipated. The tour Marianna provides is informative and interesting, we learned many facts. The food is exquisite, and so is the wine. We chose to have all the tapas for €50 to share, and this was lots of food. Marianna and her family are lovely, they even dropped us back into Ano Mera to save us walking to the bus stop to catch the bus back to Mykonos Town. Would highly recommend! Only thing I would say is the farm has two dogs which bark when you enter but are totally harmless and big softies! This may worry people who are frightened of dogs (we are not) Thank you again Marianna, absolutely fantastic!Visited October 2023Travelled as a coupleWritten 14 October 2023

Super cute farm, great wine and amazing honey produced on-site, and very nice and welcoming owners! Stopped by on a late Friday afternoon, not realizing the farm and wine tasting had actually just closed. No worries! The owner and his lovely granddaughter were happy to stay past closing time and let us taste the wine produced here. I am normally a red wine drinker, and the red wine made at this organic farm was delicious! It was medium bodied, fruity, and had zero harsh alcohol taste. Sold! My daughter and I tasted the white wine since she prefers white, and I actually even really liked the white also! Very refreshing, not too sweet or too dry! Sold! Vioma also makes a sweet dessert type wine, that my daughter loved and purchased a bottle of, and I also purchased a jar of honey made on the premises, and a bottle of olive oil. I have just returned home from my trip and tasted the honey. It is absolutely the freshest tasting honey I have ever tasted. It is just perfectly light and fresh and a little goes a long way! While we were there, we also fed the sweet little donkey Marika! I only wish we had paid attention to the time and gotten to the farm earlier, I would have loved to try the mezze platters or home made tzatziki, taken a vineyard tour, or spent more time with the other animals there. This was definitely a highlight of our time in Mykonos! And did I mention the wines were not only wonderful, but super affordable? 5-stars all the way!

An exceptional way to spend an afternoon! Learned about organic farming, fed the animals that fertilize the land and had wonderful cheeses, olives and, of course, wine.

Very interesting tour of the farm explaining the history of how the place came to be. A lovely change from the hustle and bustle of Mykonos main areas; a super relaxing place to enjoy some wine and cheese (both super delicious!) very friendly people, friendly and cute animals and delicious food. Our favourite part of Mykonos. Highly recommend!

Hello,
Thank you for contacting us.
On the 24th we are fully booked in the morning, so you can visit anytime from 12:30 until 4:30.
The vineyard tours will be at 2pm and 4pm.
>> HOW TO FIND US
If you drive to the farm, here's how to reach us (coming from the direction of Mykonos town):
While driving along the central road leading to Ano Mera (coming from Mykonos town), still on the main road, you will find on your right hand a bakery at the outskirts of Ano Mera village. Across the bakery you will see a war heroes’ monument and a 1st sign towards Fokos beach. Turn there, following the sign towards the beach of Fokos and taking the road behind the monument.
At the 2nd sign, continue left towards the direction of Fokos beach once more.
At the 3rd sign, at the intersection of Maou-Doubakia-Fokos, turn right towards MAOY and follow the road ahead. 200m after crossing the bridge, you will meet the grey metal gate of the vineyard on your left hand.
Best regards,
Dimitra

Hello Liat, yes we have vegan tapas (cold plates).
The cheeses are from Mykonos and Naxos, from local producers, but we only produce wine, honey and fresh vegetables at the vineyard.
It is preferable to email us, so as not to coincide with big groups ' visits
Best,
Dimitra

We are there for only one day. What is the best way to get to the farm from the Cruise ship port?
Dimitra_Mykonos
Mykonos Town, Greece53 contributions
Hello,
An easy way to access Ano Mera is taking the bus to one of those beaches: Kalafatis, Kalo Livadi or Elia. You step down at Ano Mera and walk to the vineyard, it is a 20 minutes walk.
If it is not a busy day at the farm, we could also offer transportation.
Email us to find out at mykonosvioma

Are the bookings to be done beforehand
Or is it on first come first serve basis

Hello,
It is better booking beforehand so as to advise the best days and times of visit. Consequently, you will be able to enjoy a better service.
