The Museum of Forest and Water “P.Noé” presents the natural environments of the region thanks to an innovative scenography. (Closed on Mondays) A starting point for many walks, the Maison de la Nature has a shop, a cafeteria and a multipurpose room for conferences and temporary exhibitions. Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The hiking trails are well marked. There are various distances. Due to the marshy surface (swamp), there are many paths on wooden scaffolding. However, they are not well maintained, so parts are missing. So not suitable for people who have difficulty walking or have a baby stroller.

excellent walks in nature. The signage is great and easy to follow. Peace and quietness was very enjoyable. So many more walks to discover!

We did a 4km tour, my wife, our little 1-and-a-half-year-old daughter in a trolley and I. The weather was cloudy, but no rain, the path was very muddy and not easy for the trolley in many places on the walk. Great natural landscapes despite all.

Nice easy trip into nature with a great view from the viewing tower. There are enough parking spots & signs along different routes

We went there for a walk and was disappointed. The routes on the board near the parking was wrong and we ended at the museum, where we could a map.
Decided to follow the yellow route, which went well in the open area, but bad in the forest as there was no signs.
The tower is nice, but still a disappointment.

It was a beautiful day, the first real sun of the year around half February, and we decided to stretch our legs with a walk on the plateau, free from woods. Real nice views from a nature which starts its wake-up.

This nature area borders the ‘Fagne de Malchamps’ nature area.
We wanted hiking and did the yellow trail, which is 5km. This is well indicated and took us more than an hour; we did not go into the tower.
For me the area was a surprise. I always associated the Ardennes region with hills. Seeing the plains was magnificent and reminded me of watching the endless Serengeti.

One of the best places to visit around Spa to get a feeling of what are ‘Fagnes’ .
Go there for walking, MTBiking and do not miss the climb on top of the tower

I visited the park in a sunny but cold day with snow in the fields. The park is good for walking and there is a tower for a panoramic view and good for taking some photos. Good to visit it with children for outdoor activities such us trekking etc.
