The beach is beautiful, the water and waves are awesome. Nice breeze keeps you cool. The sun lounger rental company needs to ensure they clean up after lazy guests. Cigarette butts and plastics need picked up. One woman I was next to stood on sharp...More

Went to visit the dunes here, and was amazed we spent so long there. Feels like you’re in the Sahara desert, yet your never more than 1000 metres from civilisation. Well worth a look, with or without children

The Maspalomas beeches are so big that there are room for everyody. You will be able to find a spot of your "own". For me, it was fantastic just to go in the sand and look at the waves, the sky and the ocean.

The sand dunes here are just amazing. It's exactly like the Sahara Desert. I believe there are camel rides here too. This is also the location for several Hollywood movies which were set in the Sahara. The best thing is that there are shops and...More

Loved my visit to Playa de Maspalomas. Nice boardwalk along the dunes make it easy to walk along the dunes without having to walk in the sand. Well worth a visit. Should be obvious, but just in case: Be mindful that this is sand, so...More

Absolutely breathtaking and spectacular view, during the windy day you actually can see the dramatic changes of the landscape. Stay away when there’s sand storms. We had the one day of mid harsh wind and walking on the dunes plus against the wind ? Oh...More

We are here at this moment. Around 24 degrees during daytime and sometimes a bit windy. In the evening it cools down to about 14 degrees. Some people dress like its wintertime, others run around in T-shirt.
