The Xlendi 'beach' area is visually stunning to look at, but obviously there is no beach - just hard rocks surrounding a little cove area, but this doesn't stop the locals/tourists from congregating to sunbath or sitting and shooting the breeze of a night with...More

We went here on a boat trip and liked it. Nice beach and very blue crystal clear water. One of several nice beaches in Gozo.

Gorgeous place to stay, beach is pebbly so wear beach shoes. Loads of places to eat, ranging from little cafes and takeaways to very nice restaurants on the seafront.

Fantastic place. Very raw road but worth to do it even by car. Amazing view, great place to take some photos. Strongly recommend to visit it by walk or to get it by small car.

Xlendi has got to be the prettiest place on the island of Gozo. There is a small bay nestled between two cliffs which you can climb over if you're adventurous. The caves are quite small but definitely worth seeing. Lots of restaurants to eat and...More

A real shock after ribbing round the island, but this is a beautifl spot. Lots of restaurants crammed against the cliffs. Some great wee eateries, well worth a trip. There are autotellers and pharmacy stores in the town

We have been coming here for 20 years. Nothing compares to this little jewel of the Mediterranean. Maybe I should stay quiet to keep it to myself!

We spent half a day here just swimming and relaxing with my family. The sandy part of the beach is quite small and the main swimming area is rocky and the water there is deep. Because of this this isn't a good place to go...More

Your friend is correct! The public bus system there is very expansive, easy to understand, and cheap. We took a bus from the main station on Gozo (Victoria) straight to Xlendi. To find the path, you will see stairs leading... More
