About
The estate boasts a new style of vineyard stay, tour and tastings. The luxurious lodges were designed and built by Will Hardie of Channel 4’s Amazing Spaces and the tasting rooms have an experience room, a shop, gin school and our eatery 'The Taste' hosts delicious seasonal dishes, cleverly designed around our wine, bees, gin and garden produce. With outstanding wines voted ‘best NV Sparkling wine' in the UK at the Wine GB championships.

Beautiful vineyard, great surrounding so picturesque. We visited for a wine tasting, our guide Albert was fab, informative, very attentive, friendly and funny, a lovely chap. The wines were lovely in particular the Rose, we couldn’t leave without buying. The food smelt so good that we stayed for lunch, best decisions we made because we were blown away. The lamb dish was the best lamb I have ever tasted, hats off to the chef, I will definitely be returning for more. The owner, along with all the staff were so friendly, attentive and made our visit memorable, so thank you, we cant wait to see you again!

I recently had a birthday party at Ashling Park Vineyard and it was one of the best places I have been to celebrate. The communication prior to the event was excellent and this all helped in the planning of the day. Every detail was discussed, from the menu, drinks, cost, facilities and timings to ensure it was right for me and there was no problem when I had a change of plan from just a birthday celebration to a wedding celebration too.
On the day the staff were all welcoming, attentive and nothing was too much trouble.
The food was excellent and plentiful and all special dietary requests were catered for without any issues.
The venue is spotless and tastefully decorated with beautiful views.
I booked for family and friends to stay in the lodges and they were quirky, with amazing decor and well equipped. The beds were so comfortable and the roll top bath was a perfect end to the day.
Breakfast the following morning was beautifully set out, the menu choice was good, individual choices and preferences were again well catered for.
The cooked breakfast was excellent and well presented. Many other options were also available.
I would recommend this place to eat, drink and stay. I am hoping I have a reason to celebrate there again, another birthday or anniversary or maybe just because.

The staff that greeted us and looked after us during our meal were very friendly as well as informative. It came to our delight to find out it is a family run establishment and with that came a comforting environment in which we could relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the vine yard from where we were eating.
The food menu itself had a wealth of fresh, locally produced produce to choose from (who doesn’t love a business that supports other local businesses). Which the chef does an amazing job of beautifully cooking & presenting - I have been to several Michelin star restaurants and Ashling Park has certainly trumped them all.
Looking forward to coming back with more friends and family !

A most excellent lunch party for a friend's 80th recently. Excellent bar service : first class innovative and tasty food; attentive and friendly service throughout.

Online photographs of the restaurant do not reflect the warm and relaxed ambiance in reality. The food, Ashling Park wine, staff and atmosphere were all fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble and vegetarians and meat eaters were equally as delighted with the experience. We WILL be back and are already recommending to family and friends. Can't wait to visit in the summer to be able to drink in the views as well as the delicious wine!

We wanted a good meal for my wife’s birthday and something a little different. We had a recommendation for Ashling Park and it was certainly well deserved. Started well with a free bottle of house red which was a nice surprise. We all had steaks and they were cooked to perfection. The staff were attentive and very professional. The setting in the country side and they decor inside was lovely. Really lovely experience and thoroughly recommend Ashling Park.

An airy, spacious restaurant, with views views over the vineyards recently-stripped of their crop. The menu had enough choices for everyone, if not extensive, and was all locally-sourced. The service was friendly and efficient, and the wine list comprehensive, featuring strongly the Estate’s own wines.
There were murmurs of appreciation from 4 different mains, and sighs of contentment over the puds.

The entire team are so friendly from the owner Gail, Kyle our host, the wine tour by Albert was brilliant and so informative and Ollie who served us at dinner was very engaging. Thank you for a fabulous stay on your picturesque estate. Oh, and how could I not mention the wine!? The Brut Cuvée and the still rose were my favourites. I was also lucky enough to meet Bill and Bean two of the dogs on the estate!

I very rarely write a review.
Am amazing experience. From the wine experience tour, which was informative and enjoyable, good explanation of wines and the process. Relaxed wine tasting with superb wines.
We then had lunch, fresh, tasty and ell presented served by a lovely waiter.
