Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Beautiful little place to visit. It’s not huge but it’s lovely if you follow the trail up to it. And keep going after you get to the sign that says “Ton sai waterfall” because there’s much more ahead. 200 baht for children, 400baht for adults to enter the National park.
We did this as part of a day of touring, it’s not a full day thing by itself.

The nature is beautiful. We wanted to see the waterfall on our own since we often go hiking. You have to pay 200 THB at the parking lot. There is a big sign with paths so we simply went for it. We found the green trail but information signs are rotten and there are fallen trees across the path. Naturally, you should take bug spray. If we hadn’t met a guided tour at the bottom of the waterfall, we definitely would have returned sooner but they showed us how to climb up the waterfall. We strongly recommend to book a guided tour! Or go on your own if you are in good health condition (not with young children) and don’t mind having to go on an adventure and explore your way through this jungle.

This is a view hidden in the deep mountains of Phuket Island, which still retains the original atmosphere of tropical jungle. The environment is very good, because it is a relatively small attraction. There are not many people and everything is well taken. Tong sai Falls belongs to Kawabata National Park, where the scenery of the original tropical rain forest is preserved and the scenery is beautiful.

To get to this place, you need to provide your own transportation, We hired a taxi for one day (Between 1500-1800 B depends where you go and 1US=30B now) and dropped by in the afternoon, Restroom is there, but no restaurants or gift shops. You can walk to the waterfall about 6-7 minutes. If you want there is a nature hike, too. A small waterfall, however I liked most was the sound. Not just water sound, you can hear the insects buzzzing one. Not many places left in Phuket, you can hear these vibes.

We paid £25 (for 2 adults and 3 teenagers) to drive into a car park, and walk 5 minutes to a very small and unimpressive waterfall (I was expecting more, especially as it was monsoon season!). The whole thing took us 20 minutes and then we left. The Education Centre was shut, and the only person around was the person at the entrance collecting money.
Do not waste your time or money - there are far better things to do in Phuket.
