The Agrodome is one on New Zealand's most loved tourist attractions. Located just 10 kms north of the Rotorua CBD, the Agrodome is home to the multi award winning Sheep Show . This famous Rotorua attraction features live sheep shearing, 19 breeds of champion rams, cow milking, lamb feeding, dog demonstrations as well as a full New Zealand dog trial. There are three exciting shows a day at 9.30am, 11.00am and 2.30pm. Each Sheep Show is an hour duration. Also join the Farm & Orchard Tour for a hands-on experience with a variety of farm animals including Cattle, Deer, Alpaca, Ostrich, Sheep and much more. You will also visit the Education Centre for honey and kiwifruit juice tasting. The Farm Tours depart daily at 10.40am, 12.10pm, 1.30pm and 3.40pm. Complete your Agrodome experience with a visit to the Woollen Mill and Shearing Shed to see the full process of wool from the Sheep's back to yours. The Farmyard Nursery is also a must see with baby animals available for cuddles and photos year round. After a full-on day of farm fun, ensure that you grab a souvenir to remember your visit from our fabulous gift store the Dog and Whistle . With a great range of New Zealand, Rotorua and Agrodome quality souvenirs you find something you can treasure forever. This all weather attraction is open 365 days of the year from 8.30am to 5.00pm.

We think this show was fine but we also think that it is most adressed to kids. As couple travelers this was waste of time (except you love sheeps)More

What a blast. The show was really good. Amazing talent both inide and outside. Time was well spent if you want to see and learn about the sheep. The outdoor show was also quite good

I have seen the Agrodome show a number of times and always find it very interesting & fun. However, they need to ask non-English speakers to wear the provided headsets. If not the non-English speakers don't really understand what is happening and chat among themselves...More

This was a thoroughly entertaining and educational show giving a lot of insight into one of NZ main agricultural industries...Sheep farming. A must-see for adults and children alike!

Entertaining and with great information given. Suitable for all ages and nationalities.Clever dogs and cute lambs brought on for children to bottle feed. Possible to take farm tour or watch a working dog in action. Terrific shops too.

We took tickets only for the Agrodome sheep show, and thankfully nothing more. This was such a waste of money. There was hardly anything in the show. A flock of sheep was sleeping on the stage, and the MC pitched the show like a wannabe...More

There is public transport available from the City Centre to Agrodome. There is a link but I am not able to post links on TripAdvisor. But if you check out Baybus routes, Rotorua you can find what you need.
