The garden is large with wonderful trees and views, the museum has many ancient artefacts that are miraculous and special. The special exhibition is on Galenus, a doctor from the times of empirist Rome. A brilliant person.

For those interested interested in Ancient things, Mariemont offers ancient artifacts from the local area as well as things from Egypt, Italy and even China! While it can't match the cinquantenaire Museum in Brussels for size but it certainly puts up a fight where quality...More
