Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

After the Tibetan Bridge, walk back to where the bus dropped you off and you can then get on and go up to the viewpoint. There is a walk up and down to get to it. But the views a lovely. And you can just see the bridge in the distance

Positive:
- we liked the view of the valley and the surrounding mountains.
- we liked the status: The Ponderer (by artist Miguel Ángel González, whose calm and meditative attitude invites visitors to do the same. Sitting on a beam, undaunted, it appears as if the height causes him no fear whatsoever. And in fact, it doesn't: it fills him with strength and confidence.)

Negative:
- It's a tourist trap, because there is no mention to a ticket until you reach the end of the way and then you see a point where they ask you to pay 5 euros per person, which is not worth it, because you get the same view without the statue few meters before reaching that point along the way.

- I would recommend that people go there and enjoy the view without the status and the bridge until they stop charging money for something that should be for free.

5€pp is really excessive for this. No info until you’re at the top already.
You have amazing views over the surroundings on the way there so not worth the money

Don’t go. Crazy people who want 5 euro per person just to stand on the lookout platform. There are many of these places in the Alps that are free to visit.

Really great spot for taking breathtaking pictures. Price is 5€ per person but we went before 10 am and there was nobody there, so we entered for free. Free parking 200m before the entrance. Be careful if you count on Google maps. It's 1 km further than Google's spot.

The views are absolutely breathtaking specially those over Canillo (you can also admire the monument of Meritxell from here), nevertheless, i find totally unethical to charge 5 euros for semthing that used to be free, they really are privatazing the mountains.

My visit to this mirador was a lot of fun. The drive up presented spectacular vistas at nearly every turn. I went in December, so the Pyrenees were covered with snow making everything a bit magical. The little cafe near the road offered good service and great wine with friendly hosts behind the bar. Because it was winter, the path to the mirador was covered with snow, so everyone was slipping and sliding around and having a great time doing it. Smiles everywhere. After we got back from the lookout, we went to the cafe for wine and sat in the winter sunshine amid the spectacular scenery. Enchanting.

Pro tip: Bring a walking stick and wear sturdy shoes with good soles if you go in the winter.

The view from Mirador del Roc del Quer is worth it. The road is winding and at times you might feel like you are headed away from your destination, but don't worry, you are still going in the right direction. The GPS stopped us before we got to the actual spot. If you are following GPS and it seems to take you to nowhere, continue up the hill.

This could have been lovely if they tell you at the entrance by the road that it is €5 PP and cash only at the view deck. There are QR codes to scan which probably do tell you… if you have internet. Please make a sign at the entrance to explain this.

Mirador del Roc del Quer is a viewpoint located on the top of a mountain above Canillo, one of the towns of Andorra. I came here the last year and this summer we come here again with my daughter. It is a lovely place to see very beautiful views of mountains and the town called Canillo. Also, for me the beat of this viewpoint is the statue of a seated man, to whom you can take wonderful photos. Very recommendable.
