We drove all the way to find out that it was closed. The lady at the door kindly explained that they are making some improvements. Sadly, we had return to our place without seeing the Aquarium. I hope they reopen soon!

The temporary installation was made to accommodate the attractions while a new aquarium was built in 2009. It is still not opened because.... There are things to see, but the Pacific coast in Ecuador deserves a better place to show what is underwater.
