One of the most unique natural wonders of the Riviera Maya are the cenotes, these are created by an underground river system and are fresh water sink holes considered to be sacred. You will take a jungle tour in ATV's where the Mayans also believed they were the entrance to the underworld.

Our tour guide, Pedro, was the best! The guy is studying Mexican and Mayan history. Who better to give you a tour and tell you about the Mayan's then Pedro?! He was fun, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the tour. The tour starts off with a cleansing ceremony. After the cleansing ceremony, you proceed to do all... More

We did the Mayan Jungle tour which included Tulum. We went the first of May which was pretty hot and humid but the jungle was actually cooler than Tulum which I was not expecting. It was pretty cool to see the ruins in Tulum and do a little bit of shopping but the best part was the Jungle maya tour.... More

we have been 3 times in the area and we have been in Xplore, Xcaret and Xel-ha, we wanted to try something different. This was a big mistake. The Mayan Jungle Tour is a bad copy of Xplore, the harnesses are too small, the size XL is really a size L and they won't tell you this at the time... More

Excellent day with our guide Miguel. He was very fun and extremely knowledgable about all aspects of the tour. He made us feel at ease even though we were a little nervous about our first time zip lining and rapelling. You can tell that safety is a number one concern by all the precautions taken by the workers, very professional.... More

This experience was absolutely amazing! Even my 63 year old mother was able to do it and she isnt in the best of shape, lol. Our guide was the best!! We did the jeep ride into the Mayan Jungle, repelling into a cenote, zip lining across the Mayan Jungle and snorkeling in the cenote. There were several zip lines and... More

While in Riviera Maya, we took a day excursion to Tulum and Jungle Maya with Alltournative Tours. My husband and I, along with our three kids (ages 14, 11, 9) had a great day with our amazing guide Eduardo Mercado. He made the trip an experience of a lifetime. Thank you, Eduardo! The first stop was Tulum where we were... More

This was one great experience. When we first arrived, we went on a rappelling tour down in a cave. That was really awesome! Then we went on a Zip line tour which included five lines. The lunch was great. This was one of my best tours.

This was a great tour! Carlos was an awesome tour guide and really made it the best experience. We did the ziplining, snorkeling in the cenotes, repelling, Mayan ceremony, and went to the tulum ruins. Even though it rained at the beginning of our tour it was the best part of our whole trip! Definitely would recommend this excursion to... More

We did this tour with our guide, Riaz Escobedo. He is a fun, personable, and informative guide. He is humerous and keeps the trip interesting. We went with a blended family of 7, with kids aging from 12 to 26. They ALL enjoyed the trip, including the zip lines, jungle ride and the cenotes. I highly recommend this trip.

Went as a family of four with two older teems and this was exactly what was needed, a mix of culture and adrenaline. We were treated to a shamanic ceremony which managed to feel quite intimate and not the contrived type set up that can occur with these things. The zip lines, abseil and cenote swim were just lovely and... More
