It is a great way to learn more about the Mexican kitchen and a perfect way to spend your day! I joined the course with my husband and we really enjoyed it. The chef is talented and tells you everything about the Mexican kitchen you need to know. We made some nice dishes which were delicious! I can recommend it... More

I'm quite good at cooking so when I registered, I wasn't expecting to be blown away and to learn that much. Pablo Espinosa is a great chef and a fun guy. Greatly recommended if you want to expand your cooking horizon!

I've attended this delightful cooking school three times--each time with different guests who have gone to Mexico with us. We've loved it each time and I've seen such a transformation from it located in a small house to the wonderful facility it's in now. Three different chefs, all have been very qualified. This is a first class operation. Also love... More

This was a wonderful experience! My sister and I go to Mexico often and wanted a new experience. We found it with the little Mexican cooking school. I am not an accomplished cook although my sister is, but I felt quite comfortable with Chef Cristobal who did not hesitate to teach even the simplest cook. It was a lovely day... More

This little cooking school is a wonderful place to learn the spice of Mexican cooking my wife and I loved our time with the chef and the food was wonderful. We would definitely go back to learn more as we have used all that we learned there.

My wife and I participated in this class. Chef Pablo was very personable, and made the class a very hands-on experience. The food was great, and we even picked up a few good to know food prep tips. Kitchen can get a bit warm and humid so wear light weight clothing, and you'll be on your feet most of the... More

We attended as a couple and shared the experience with 9 others. I thought that 11 "students" may detract, but the space and layout accommodated the group. Chef Pablo was entertaining with a passion for his craft. I believe everyone in the class learned something from this master of cooking. It is "hands-on" with everyone contributing to the preparation of... More

We like to take cooking classes when we travel, as a way to meet other travelers and learn a bit about local culture as well as food. Our recent course at the Little Mexican Cooking School was among the best we've ever experienced anywhere. Extremely well-organized in a large and welcoming space, this course was intensive without being taxing, we... More

On a family trip, four of us are SO happy we signed up for this cooking class. Chef Pablo was a perfect host and not only showed us how to make some fabulous dishes but also explained the "why" things are done a certain way. I would highly recommend.

It was the 4th time to Puerto Morelos for my husband and I. We have noticed The Little Mexican Cooking School for several years and decided to finally give it a try. I am a chef as well and wondered how they handled this arrangement and was not disappointed! Thank you Chef Pablo for an amazing experience and will pass... More
