We were blown away by this gallery -- from the landscape art to the building to the works in the gallery itself. Friendly and fantastic -- a must-stop for folks trundling up and down Hwy 1.

Lovely gallery across the street from Nepenthe. Variety of works, of course dependent on personal taste. Prices r "full gallery" i.e. there is nothing to buy as a small souvenir. But an easy 15 minute walkthrough to see some interesting pieces

Thank you so much for your feedback. Whether our visitors are here for 15 minutes or two hours, we appreciate every one. We are not a "gift shop" per say, but we think that local art can always count as a souvenir!

A must visit for art lovers. World class works with incredible variety. The facility itself is exceptionally beautiful along with the outside walkways. Joan was an excellent host and guide through the gallery and gave such detailed background on the works and artists.

The gallery hosts the artwork of local Californian artists, some of them live as close as in Big Sur. I was enchanted by the wood sculptures of artist Terry Kuntz.
